Parking spot
In the summer in front of the house. In winter, you can park on the eastern side of Lake Turracher. We are happy to help you with luggage transport with our Argo.
Pets
Please keep your pets in the house and on the café area on a leash. Dog feces must be removed according to the generally valid laws. Prices on request.
Deposit
For fixed bookings we ask for an advance payment of € 250,00 per apartment.
Bread service
You have the opportunity to receive daily fresh rolls, bread and pastries from our regional bakery. Please let us know your order the day before until 4pm.
On arrival day
you can access your apartment from 3pm on. If you arrive after 6pm, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance how late you will be, otherwise no one will be there to meet you or hand over the keys.
On departure
We kindly ask you to leace the apartment untill 10am, as we need the time to clean the apartment for our next guests. If you would like to leave already before 7am, please let us know the day before.
Shopping
Cancellation conditions and CORONA supplements
100% back in the event of an insurance claim.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance! You will automatically receive documents for this from us if you have made a firm booking, or directly from Europäische Reiseversicherung Corona has changed all conditions to the benefit of the guest. Please inform yourself, we still charge a deposit, but 100% will be sent back to you if you have concluded a travel stono contract with Europäische and then cancel your trip. Or you meet the legal requirements.
